Bosch and Microsoft Will Collaborate in the Field of Driver Assistants.

Driving assistants have a very important place today. Security systems, which have progressed very rapidly in the recent past, have gained a new dimension with the advances in artificial intelligence. Bosch, which started research on the use of artificial intelligence in automobiles, shook hands with Microsoft.
Two technology giants, who came together to develop advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), aim to produce vehicles that respond faster to drivers by developing accident prevention systems. It is a logical move for Bosch, which has a lot of experience in automobile security, to step into this business together with Microsoft.
“So why are these companies focusing specifically on “Generative AI”? How will a system used to create images and text benefit automobiles?” To give a simple answer to the questions, Generative AI will be used to create possible scenarios.

Although today’s driver support systems can detect most objects, including vehicles and pedestrians, thanks to radars and cameras, they cannot predict how a possible accident will develop. Possible scenarios created by artificial intelligence by instantly examining the vehicle’s environment will enable faster and more accurate reactions when necessary.

In addition to Microsoft, Bosch will also cooperate with companies working on artificial intelligence such as Google, Amazon AWS and Aleph Alpha. Aleph Alpha will soon introduce a voice recognition system it developed in-house for an automaker.
