New Year’s Message from Our Chairman of the Board

Dear Employees,
Valuable Business Partners and Esteemed Stakeholders,

As we leave behind another year in which we worked and produced together, we, as Furcan Group of Companies, are excited to step into a new year with hope, determination, and strong goals.

The past year has been a period in which global economic fluctuations directly affected trade dynamics, and rapid changes occurred, especially in the automotive sector. Despite these challenging conditions, we continued on our path without compromising our understanding of sustainable growth and our customer-focused approach. The sensitivity we showed in reflecting the cost increases in the spare parts sector to our customers at the lowest level is a concrete demonstration of our way of doing business and our sense of responsibility.

As we enter 2026, we foresee that technological transformation, sustainability-oriented solutions, and digitalization will be even more decisive in the heavy vehicle sector. While emission standards, alternative fuel vehicles, and smart fleet management applications shape the direction of the sector, we will continue to produce solutions that adapt to this transformation and offer added value to our customers.

The sales performance we have achieved together with our partner brands shows that we are moving forward with the right strategies. Behind this success lies the contribution of our marketing teams, who work with great dedication both in the field and at the office. At the same time, the new service areas we have implemented in our technical service units and the increased customer satisfaction are a natural result of the knowledge and efforts of our technical teams. I sincerely thank all our colleagues who have contributed to all these successes.
